The exercise is scheduled to take place on October 14, with the attendance of defense ministers of the three countries. The meaningful activity contributes to consolidating and developing traditional friendship, solidarity, and close bonds among the three countries, while enhancing command organization capability and coordination among the three militaries in international humanitarian assistance and disaster relief.

The exercise features a large scale, involving over 2,200 personnel and hundreds of vehicles and specialized equipment. Exercise content is divided into three training topics.

After observing the rehearsal, the general evaluated that the preparation for the exercise was conducted thoroughly and meticulously, spanning personnel, vehicles, props, and operational script content. The militaries of Viet Nam, Laos, and Cambodia demonstrated a high sense of solidarity, discipline, responsibility, and initiative in overcoming difficulties and coordinating closely to ensure the full-dress rehearsal proceeded seriously and fulfilled set objectives and requirements.

Following the rehearsal, the general conducted an on-site inspection of the field hospital, dining facilities, and other infrastructure items supporting the exercise. He requested forces to maintain maximum focus, prioritize all resources, and conduct final reviews of preparations in all aspects to ensure a successful exercise with absolute safety for personnel, weapons, equipment, and vehicles.
