At the meeting, the heads delegates expressed their honor and joy at being invited to send forces to participate in the parade and celebration by the Vietnamese Ministry of National Defense.

They highly appreciated the thorough preparations and warm reception by the organizing panel, noting the excellent arrangements for transportation, accommodation, and training locations. They also expressed their deep impression on the hospitality of the Vietnamese people and affirmed their commitment to fulfilling their tasks successfully.

Speaking at the meeting, the GS’s Deputy Chief Nguyen Van Nghia stated that the celebration of the 50th anniversary of the South Liberation and National Reunification Day is a major political event for Vietnam and a shared joy for international friends who offered profound and sincere support to the Vietnamese revolution.

General Nghia emphasized that Vietnam always bears in mind and appreciates the significant support from China, Laos, and Cambodia.

He warmly welcomed and sincerely thanked the military forces from the three countries for participating in the parade, stressing that their presence would make an important contribution to the overall success of the event and further strengthen the friendship and solidarity between Vietnam and its neighboring countries.
