Foreign military attachés to Viet Nam visit Military Medical University

During the working session, the foreign military attachés were briefed on the university’s strengths and its cooperation needs in training, scientific research, and medical treatment.

Speaking at the event, Lieutenant General Tran Viet Tien, Director of the university, stated that the visit demonstrated the delegation’s goodwill in enhancing mutual understanding and exchanges, thereby promoting military medical cooperation between the university and international partners. He emphasized that the school has always considered international military medical cooperation a crucial approach to improve the quality of its training, scientific research, and medical examination and treatment, while gradually accessing new medical advancements.

For his part, Commander Park Jeong Hwan said he was impressed by the university’s achievements, noting that the visit provided the delegation with deeper insight into its operations. He affirmed that in his capacity, he would make every effort to promote practical and effective military medical cooperation between the two sides, contributing to stronger mutual understanding and trust between foreign militaries and the Viet Nam People’s Army.
