Present at these conferences were representatives from 21 countries, including ASEAN navies, the Lao People’s Army, and other naval forces of ASEAN's partner countries that will send their warships to the above events.
On the occasion of Vietnam’s official assumption of its ASEAN Chairmanship 2020 and the 65th founding anniversary of the VPN, the service will host a number of international events, including IMR 2020, AMNEX 2-2020, and ANCM-14 in May.
At these conferences, the delegates were informed about the agendas of the events. They also did final confirmation on force deployment, areas, and assets.
The conferences were successful thanks to the active contributions of participating delegates supporting the VPN’s preparations for the coming events.
