Remains of Vietnamese volunteer soldiers and advisors who laid down their lives in Cambodia during wartime are repatriated to the Mekong Delta province of Long An.

Search activities were conducted at 62 locations, and the construction of an area to worship and keep remains of Vietnamese soldiers and advisors in the Pailin military sub-region started.

Since 2001, a team in charge of the work has searched, gathered and repatriated remains of 2,401 martyrs.
