Martyr’s remains laid to rest in Nha Trang city

The martyr rests in peace in his hometown

Nguyen Khac Tam, born in 1925 in Duc Pho district, Quang Ngai province, voluntarily joined Regiment 95 of Military Region 5 in 1945. He bravely fought many battles in Military Region 5 and the Central Highlands. He sacrificed his life in combat in Gia Lai province and was laid to rest at An Khe War Martyrs’ Cemetery in 1949 by his comrades.

To make it more convenient for his family, relatives and comrades to pay tribute to him, the organizer of the service and Gia Lai provincial Military Command repatriated his remains to his hometown.
