10 sets of remains of fallen soldiers reburied in Dak Nong
PANO – The armed forces and authorities of Dak R’lap and Tuy Duc districts co-held a memorial and burial service at the War Cemetery of Dak R’lap district for 10 sets of remains of fallen soldiers who had sacrificed in the resistance war against American imperialists in late 1973.
These martyrs were troops of Battalion 4, Regiment 271 under the former Eastern Region Command who were unearthed in village 8, Quang Tan commune, Tuy Duc district.
During the solemn event, the local authorities and the armed forces offered incense and flowers in commemoration of the fallen soldiers who sacrificed their blood and flesh, youthfulness, and lives for the nation’s independence and freedom.
