Writing in the memorial book, General Nguyen Trong Nghia affirmed that before the heroic spirits of the martyrs, the whole Party, people, and military vow to unite and remain absolutely loyal to the Party, the Fatherland, and the people. He emphasized the steadfast commitment to the Party’s revolutionary ideals and the determination to build a revolutionary, regular, elite, and modern Vietnam People’s Army. This aims to contribute to the nation’s rapid and sustainable development in the new era, striving for a peaceful, independent, democratic, prosperous, civilized, and happy Vietnam advancing steadily toward socialism.

During the ceremony, the delegates expressed deep gratitude for the martyrs’ immense sacrifices, asserting that the search, collection, and identification of martyrs’ remains is a special political task demonstrating the national tradition of “When drinking water, remember its source.” After four months of implementing the “500-day campaign to accelerate the search, collection, and identification of martyrs’ remains” in Tuyen Quang province, functional forces have recovered 51 sets of remains, significantly contributing to the implementation of policies for national contributors.
Following the memorial ceremony, General Nguyen Trong Nghia and the delegates offered incense at individual graves within Vi Xuyen National War Cemetery.
