In addition, the installation of 140 solar-powered lighting poles has “awakened” rural roads at night, ensuring security and safety for residents.

A cultural performance at the event |
The ceremony also reviewed the presentation of thousands of gifts, scholarships, bicycles, free health check-ups and medicine distribution for Khmer residents. Though modest, these gifts reflected the care and responsibility of the entire political system toward the community.
The cultural space of the military-civilian Tet program also left strong impressions with activities rich in Khmer identity, creating a vibrant spring atmosphere and strengthening bonds among ethnic communities.
According to the organizers, the total funding for this year’s activities was over VND 18 billion, with nearly VND 3 billion mobilized from other sources in society.
This annual program has become a strong bridge connecting the Party’s will and the people’s aspirations, contributing to strengthening the people’s heart posture from the grassroots level.
