At the event, the organizing committee presented 100 gift packages to poor households and reputable families, and awarded seven gift packages to disadvantaged students under the “Paving the way to school for children – Border posts’ adopted children” program and “Military officers and troops paving the way to school for children” project, with a total value of VND 70 million.

In recent years, the “Paving the way to school for children – Border posts’ adopted children” program has been implemented by Nam Chay Border Post through various creative, practical, and effective approaches.

The program has provided meaningful support and companionship to ethnic minority communities in the area, helping improve their living conditions. It has also enabled disadvantaged students to access better learning environments, empowering them to confidently pursue knowledge and build a brighter future.
