Colonel Vi Trung Kien, Head of Moc Bai International Border Gate Border Post, noted that due to the high volume of travelers, the unit has enhanced the application of information technology. He stated that while dossiers are reviewed thoroughly, procedures remain rapid, and officers maintain a regular, professional, and friendly demeanor.

Furthermore, the post has coordinated closely with customs and police forces to handle arising situations efficiently. Non-commissioned Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Van Ky, an officer at Moc Bai International Border Gate Border Post, shared that despite the high work pressure during the pre-Tet period, all troops clearly understand their responsibilities and strictly adhere to legal procedures in every control step.

In addition to professional measures, the Tay Ninh provincial Border Guard Command has implemented remote channeling, provided early updates on border gate conditions, and arranged multi-language instruction signs.
