Southern provinces make utmost efforts to contain COVID-19
PANO – On September 6, military units and localities in Southern provinces implemented drastic prevention and control measures while giving support to pandemic-hit people.
* Bac Tan Uyen district (Binh Duong province) on September 6 held a conference to announce that the district has become a green zone.
Up to now, 10 communes and townlets, 53 quarters and hamlets in Bac Tan Uyen district have been recognized as green zones. Only Tam Loi hamlet (Dat Cuoc commune) has been a yellow zone in the district.

In the coming time, the district will continue implementing solutions to resume production and business operation, contributing to boosting socio-economic developments, ensuring national defense and security in the “new normal” state.

* On the same day, leaders of Thuan An city Military Command (Binh Duong province) inquired after and presented gifts to needy people, the elderly, patients who are being treated at home, and more in the city.
In addition, the delegation encouraged local people to strictly follow the Prime Minister’s Directive 16, observe the Health Ministry’s 5K regulations, and get vaccinated for COVID-19 as soon as possible.
