Naval troops provide health check-ups for fishermen

During the program, the mission of the Naval Region 4 command presented 150 life jackets, 300 national flags, and 300 leaflets to fishermen. The visiting delegates also provided free health check-ups and medicines for around 100 fishermen and 20 gift packages, worth around VND 200 million in total, to fishermen and children of needy fishermen in the locality.

According to Deputy Political Commissar of Naval Region 4 Senior Captain Le Van Hung, supporting fishermen fishing at sea is the responsibility of naval troops. The deed demonstrates the close relationship between naval troops and fishermen.

In realizing the program, naval troops have over the past time always been ready to assist fishermen in fishing at sea and developing economy.
