He urged the promotion of national artistic values, strict adherence to Tet readiness protocols, and comprehensive welfare for artists and staff. Additionally, he emphasized developing high-quality personnel in defense industry fields and strengthening the trade union's role in protecting workers’ "legitimate rights and interests."
Also on February 4, GS’s Deputy Chief Sr. Lt. Gen. Pham Truong Son visited and inspected several units and extended New Year greetings to policy beneficiaries and disadvantaged households in Ha Tinh province.
