During the working session, GDP’s Chief Nguyen Trong Nghia acknowledged and commended Division 4 for its effective performance in recent years. He highlighted the unit’s achievements in training and combat readiness, search and rescue operations, and especially in the management of defense land and forest protection. Party work and political work, he noted, have been carried out in a synchronized and methodical manner, producing practical and tangible results.

Notably, the division has attached much importance to improving troop welfare, housing and healthcare to ensure personnel remain committed to their missions. General Nghia urged Division 4 to further enhance combat readiness by developing a technically proficient force capable of mastering new technologies to meet evolving task requirements.

He emphasized strengthening ideological monitoring to pro-actively prevent disciplinary and legal violations. These efforts aim to cultivate exemplary revolutionary soldiers with firm political resolve and sound character.
The GDP Chief urged Division 4 to build a a healthy and strong Party organization and strive for the title “comprehensively strong, exemplary, and typical” unit. He called for reinforced internal unity and closer coordination with local authorities to safeguard public order, ensure social stability, and support livelihoods in stationed areas.

Addressing the Party committee and authorities of Binh Son commune, General Nghia expressed his confidence that the locality would effectively harness its existing potential and strengths to promote socio-economic development and steadily improve the material and spiritual living standards of the people. He also stressed the importance of maintaining and strengthening military–civilian solidarity as a firm foundation for national construction and defense in the new context.
