The inspection delegation included members of the Subcommittee for Service Support, along with leaders of several agencies and units under the Ministry of National Defense, the General Staff, the General Department of Political Affairs, and the General Department of Logistics and Technical Services.

Senior Lieutenant General Phung Si Tan and the delegation conducted on-site inspections of preparation work, implementation of plans, and service support tasks at the two guest houses. The inspection focused on key responsibilities assigned to the Subcommittee, including accommodation, meals, and daily living arrangements for congress delegates and drivers; security and safety at assigned locations; deployment of on-duty military medical teams to provide healthcare and respond to contingencies; and communications assurance.

Speaking during the inspection, Senior Lieutenant General Phung Si Tan acknowledged and commended agencies and units for strictly implementing higher-level directives, proactively coordinating and cooperating, and basically fulfilling preparation tasks according to assigned plans, ensuring progress and quality.

Emphasizing the particularly important role and significance of the tasks undertaken by the Subcommittee for Service Support, he requested agencies and units to continue strictly implementing approved directives and plans; uphold a high sense of responsibility; proactively coordinate with relevant agencies and units both inside and outside the military; and promptly deploy assigned tasks with the highest quality standards.

He also directed units to thoroughly review and ensure the best possible arrangements for accommodation, meals, daily living conditions, and healthcare for delegates and service personnel; proactively carry out disease prevention and food safety measures; organize strict guard and duty rosters; and guide staff to receive and serve delegates and guests professionally.

In addition, agencies and units were tasked with closely coordinating with forces inside and outside the military to prepare comprehensive plans for security, safety, and fire and explosion prevention; remain ready to effectively handle any arising situations; and ensure absolute safety for delegates and service personnel, thereby making an important contribution to the overall success of the 14th National Party Congress.
