Over the past time, the program has contributed to helping disadvantaged members of the women’s union in border areas of the province develop economy, eliminate hunger, reduce poverty and improve their life quality. Also, the program offered an opportunity for the members to affirm their positions and role in their family and community, as well as raise their awareness of protecting national border security.
