A view of the program at Tay Nguyen Secondary and High School

In Buon Ma Thuot ward, Xuan Dai Border Post collaborated with Tay Nguyen Secondary and High School to hold the “Border lesson” for more than 1,700 students. The program focused on raising students’ awareness of the national sovereignty over sea and islands, the Fatherland protection tradition, and the responsibility of the younger generation in building and defending Vietnam’s borders, sea, and islands in the new context.

A similar program was jointly held for 318 students of Le Quy Don Secondary School in Ea Bung commune by Dak Rue Border Post and the school. During the event, border guard officers introduced the basic provisions of the Law on National Borders and the Law on Vietnam Border Guard while also providing students with skills to recognize and prevent drug-related risks in schools, enhancing legal awareness and fostering a safe and healthy school environment.

Through these activities, the program helps nurture patriotism, raise legal awareness, and strengthen students’ sense of civic responsibility. At the same time, it reinforces coordination between the border guard force and schools in educational and outreach efforts for the younger generation.
