PANO - From the slogan “Joining hands for community health” to the steadfast journey known as the “Journey of compassion,” the Volunteer Doctor Association has undergone more than a decade of formation and development, leaving its mark through practical activities rich in humanitarian values.

With medical ethics and kindness as its foundation, and by promoting the spirit of mutual support and solidarity, the association has accompanied, shared, and brought hope to many patients battling serious illnesses.

At present, on weekends, the Volunteer Doctor Association regularly organizes free medical examinations and treatment programs, providing free medicines for disadvantaged patients undergoing long-term treatment at hospitals across Hanoi, as well as at rental rooms for the poor, workers, and vulnerable groups in society.
