The meeting was connected online to Hung Dien, Vinh Thanh, Vinh Chau, Tuyen Binh and Khanh Hung communes in the province.
At the conference, Gen. Nghia briefed voters on recent strong innovations in the N.A.’s operations toward greater professionalism, improved legislative quality and more effective supervision, contributing to rapid and sustainable socio-economic development and aiming for double-digit growth in the coming period.

He also presented his five-point action program should he be elected as a deputy to the 16th N.A., pledging to closely follow local developments and contribute to socio-economic development alongside ensuring national defense, security and foreign affairs.
He affirmed that in his role as Chief of the GDP, he would work with the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense to lead the entire military in promoting their roles as a fighting force, a working force and a production force, while mobilizing social resources to effectively implement national target programs and improve the living standards of people, especially those in remote and border areas, policy beneficiary families and national contributors.
In an open and democratic atmosphere, voters expressed their opinions and aspirations on various social issues, and highly appreciated Gen. Nghia’s political qualities, morality, work capacity and action program. They hoped for his further contribution as a deputy of the new N.A.

On the same day, Gen. Nghia visited and encouraged officers and soldiers of Long Khot Border Post under the Tay Ninh Provincial Border Guard Command.
He acknowledged the unit’s achievements and thanked the province’s Party committee, authorities and people for their support, which has enabled the unit to effectively fulfill its core role in managing and firmly protecting national sovereignty, border security, and social order and safety.
He urged the troops to continue promoting the fine qualities of Uncle Ho’s soldiers, overcome difficulties and fulfill all assignments, strictly observe combat readiness regulations, strengthen border patrol and control, intensify efforts to combat crime and illegal border crossings, and grasp local people’s thought to build a strong people’s heart posture.

He also emphasized the need to prepare well for the elections of deputies to the 16th N.A. and people’s councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term, and to coordinate closely with local forces to ensure absolute security in border areas and polling stations.
On this occasion, Gen. Nghia presented gifts to the officers and soldiers of Long Khot Border Post and offered flowers and incense at the Long Khot Post National Historical Site.
