The GDP Deputy Chief directed units to implement 2026 Party Congress Resolutions, ensuring high combat readiness alongside a safe Lunar New Year for troops and locals. General Tung urged Dak Lak Border Guards to enhance situational forecasting, combat crime and IUU fishing, and strengthen border diplomacy. He also tasked them with securing upcoming elections and expanding social welfare models. Meanwhile, the Ea Knuek Military Command must advise local authorities on defense, maintain social order, and finalize post-Tet recruitment plans.
