At the units, after listening to reports on task performance in 2025, missions for 2026, and preparations for the Lunar New Year 2026, Sr. Lt. Gen. Do Xuan Tung briefed the troops on the country’s outstanding socio-economic and defense-security achievements, as well as key contents contributing to the success of the recent 14th National Party Congress.

The GDP’s Deputy Chief highly valued the units’ achievements in 2025, particularly in force building, training, combat readiness, discipline observance, and the implementation of “Quang Trung Campaign.”

The GDP Deputy Chief directed units to implement 2026 Party Congress Resolutions, ensuring high combat readiness alongside a safe Lunar New Year for troops and locals. General Tung urged Dak Lak Border Guards to enhance situational forecasting, combat crime and IUU fishing, and strengthen border diplomacy. He also tasked them with securing upcoming elections and expanding social welfare models. Meanwhile, the Ea Knuek Military Command must advise local authorities on defense, maintain social order, and finalize post-Tet recruitment plans.
