During the visit, the delegation checked documents and combat readiness plans of the provincial people’s air defense force, the implementation of information dissemination on the people’s air defense work, the task performance of the force in training and organizing drills, and inspect the task performance of the 12.7mm anti-aircraft machine gun platoon of the military force of Cao Lanh city.

After inspection, Senior Colonel Doan Ngoc Son spoke highly of the leadership of the provincial Party Committee, local authorities and the Standing Agency of the provincial Steering Committee for the People’s Air Defense over advisory work and implementation of the people’s air defense work in an effective manner.

Col. Son required the unit to thoroughly grasp the situation and actively make recommendations to higher levels to build the people’s air defense system and renovate information dissemination work, so as to heighten troops’ and people’ awareness and responsibility of the people’s air defense work.

Meanwhile, the unit should continue to complete documents related to the people’s air defense work in line with the locality’s real situation, contributing to building solid defensive areas and meeting the requirements of building and protecting the Fatherland in the new context.
