In preparation for the exercise, Division 324 pro-actively developed a comprehensive plan, prepared the necessary documents, conducted rehearsals and implemented all planned activities. Particular attention was paid to constructing fortifications and defensive positions, finalizing operational documents and combat plans, and ensuring all necessary conditions for the exercise.

During the meeting, participants focused on discussing combat methods and force deployment, while proposing additions to the leadership measures for the combat plan and the draft resolution of the Division Party Committee on leading the implementation of combat operations.
After observing the exercise, Senior Lieutenant General Do Xuan Tung commended Party committees and chains-of-command, as well as the participating forces for their the sense of responsibility and pro-active methods. He highly appreciated the thorough preparations and serious rehearsals, particularly the application of operational principles to actual mission requirements.
He asked MR4 and Division 324 to draw lessons, supplement and finalize their operational documents and combat plans, and focus on strengthening leadership, command and operational management capabilities, as well as coordination among forces.
In his remarks, MR4 Political Commissar Lieutenant General Doan Xuan Buong praised Division 324 for its sense of responsibility and preparations for the exercise. He urged Party committees and commanders of agencies and units to thoroughly understand their assigned missions and flexibly apply operational principles in practice. He also called for regular reviews and adjustments of combat plans and improvements in command and operational management capabilities to ensure successful mission accomplishment.

Regarding logistical support and post-exercise implementation, Lieutenant General Doan Xuan Buong instructed Division 324 to strictly observe regulations and ensure absolute safety in all aspects, particularly for personnel participating in field exercises. Upon completion of the exercise, the unit should conduct a thorough review and promptly commend and reward collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements.
