MR 9’s localities complete the handover of enlistees
PANO – All 12 cities and provinces in Military Regions (MR) 9 on February 12 completed the 2017 enlistment drive successfully. The quality of the recruits was improved in comparison with last year.

This year, the MR’s localities were tasked to recruit 13,500 youths for military units. 10 out of the 12 localities in the Mekong River Delta region had voluntary female enlistees.
To gain such impressive achievements, cities and provinces effectively carried out information dissemination to help youths thoroughly grasp the national service and military laws. Furthermore, they paid special attention to carrying out policies for recruits’ families.
