Implementing directives from the Ministry of National Defense, General Department of Logistics - Technical Services has built detailed plans, mobilized resources, and coordinated with units across the military to ensure technical support for the participating vehicles. All vehicles have been maintained to meet safety, mobility, tactical features, and reliability requirements.
According to the plan, the parade formations feature a variety of military vehicles, including newly modernized ones, which demand higher technical assurance. Special attention has been given to painting and appearance to ensure uniformity for ceremonial standards while highlighting the strength, regularity, and modernization of the Vietnam People’s Army. At the same time, the general department emphasizes safety, with units inspecting brakes, steering, signals, and communications systems, and disseminating traffic and technical safety rules to troops during maneuvers.

During the inspection, the delegation directly assessed maintenance efforts, examining technical condition, paint quality, accompanying equipment, as well as the mobility and synchronization of vehicles. Unit reports confirmed that all equipment had been thoroughly inspected and serviced, with many components repaired, replaced, or repainted to ensure uniform appearance, durability, and reliability under high-intensity conditions.

Lt. Gen Tran Minh Duc praised the responsibility, initiative, and creativity of units in carrying out their tasks. He stressed that Mission A80 is a significant political and social event, involving large-scale participation of multiple forces and modern equipment. Therefore, logistics supplies and technical support, especially for vehicles, must be carried out meticulously. He also urged the units to build on the achieved results, focus on completing remaining tasks, and ensure all vehicles and technical equipment operate safely and effectively during the parade, living up to the trust of the Party, State, Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defense, and the people nationwide.
