PANO - Lieutenant General Nguyen Trong Nghia, Deputy Director of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army, attended a ceremony to welcome new enlistees and checked the preparations for them in Army Corps 4 on February 24th.

Addressing the ceremony at the corps' Brigade 550, General Nghia praised the unit's efforts over the past time, contributing to well preparing for receiving and training new enlistees. He also inquired after and encouraged new recruits to quickly get used to the army life and fulfill their service well.
Reportedly, the corps' units received new enlistees from localities in Military Zone 7 on February 24th with absolute safety and will receive additional recruits from localities in Military Zone 9 on February 26th as planned.
