* On June 20, many Party and State leaders, representatives of various sectors, and localities visited and sent congratulatory flowers to the People's Army Newspaper on the occasion of the 99th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day. Le Hoai Trung, Head of the Party Central Committee's Commission for External Relations, and Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha sent flowers to the newspaper.

In addition, representatives from the Party Central Committee's Office, the Party Central Committee's Commission for Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Vietnam Association for Victims of Agent Orange (AO)/Dioxin (VAVA), and the Vietnam Martyrs' Family Support Association also visited and congratulated the newspaper. * On June 20, Binh Duong's Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and chapter of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee co-held a meeting to celebrate the 99th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day and presented the Nguyen Van Tiet Press Awards. This year's awards attracted over 250 entries across various media formats, with 63 prizes given to winners.

* On June 20, the Radio and Television Station and the Newspaper of Binh Phuoc Province held the awards ceremony for the second Binh Phuoc Professional Journalism Festival in 2024. The festival ran from June 13 to 20, attracting 286 entries across four media formats. The organizers awarded 42 prizes to professional journalists, military personnel, and local citizens for outstanding works covering political, socio-economic, cultural, and defense-security topics.
