Addressing the event, Chairman of the commune Duong Van Dai held that this has been the first healthcare program for scores of locals, contributing to well implementing the Party and State's policies for national contributors and promoting military and civilian solidarity.
The institute scheduled to launch more healthcare programs, worth around VND 200 million, for approximately 1,700 national contributors and people in the eight communes of Hanoi City on the occasion of the 68th War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27th).
