Reports delivered at the event affirmed that over the past time, the emulation and reward work and the "Determined to Win" movement have been implemented in a comprehensive, timely, and synchronous manner, becoming a significant driving force to enhance the quality and effectiveness of the unit's political tasks. Thanks to that the quality of healthcare has improved. Over the past five years, the institute has examined more than 714,000 patients, treated over 43,300 inpatients, and provided emergency care for nearly 30,000 individuals, achieving a recovery rate of nearly 65% (an increase of 13% compared to the set target).

Speaking at the event, Gen. Minh congratulated the Military Institute of Traditional Medicine on its achievements in the "Determined to Win" movement for the 2019-2024 period. He urged the institute’s Party Committee and leadership to enhance education to raise officials, doctors, nurses, staff, and troops’ awareness of the movement, thus regularly emulating to achieve higher results.

He also requested the institute to renew content, forms, and methods of organizing emulation movements and link them with the goal of improving the quality of healthcare, human resources, research and production of traditional medicine.
