Major General Le Quang Dao checks coast guard parade formation in preparation for Dien Bien Phu Victory's anniversary
PANO - A delegation of the Vietnam Coast Guard Command led by its Commander Major General Le Quang Dao visited and encouraged the coast guard force to participate in the parade in celebration of the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory on March 25 at the National Military Training Center No.4.
Over the past time, implementing the directives of the Ministry of National Defense and the plans of the General Staff on the parade training for the celebration of the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory, the Vietnam Coast Guard Command directed relevant agencies to coordinate with the Staff of Military Region 1 to select 115 coast guard troops and hold training for them.

After more than a month of training, the coast guard soldiers have overcome difficulties and completed the training content of Phase I.
During the visit, Major General Le Quang Dao highly appreciated the participating force’s efforts and results, requiring trainers and troops to observe military discipline, uphold a high sense of responsibility, and heighten their determination in training.

At the same time, he urged relevant agencies to continue to pay attention to and direct training activities in line with practical conditions while ensuring adequate interests for the participating force. The trainers must closely grasp the thoughts and aspirations of the troops, thereby implementing effective education and encouragement methods, contributing to ensuring quality and meeting the task requirements.
