PANO – Three men had fallen into water after a clash between a boat and a bulk ship on Red River at Hong Ha commune, Dan Phuong district, Hanoi, at 11:15am on July 23rd.

Upon learning the news, the Hanoi Capital High Command instructed the Dan Phuong district’s Search and Rescue (SAR) Steering Board immediately worked with other relevant forces to carry out the SAR mission.

By 13:00pm the same day, the rescuers could save the first man, Nguyen Huu Tho in Hong Ha commune.

Efforts are being made to search the remaining two missing.
