At the working session, the delegation was briefed on the academy’s task performance in 2022 and the first quarter of this year.
In particular, the school seriously embraced and realized higher level’s documents, well fulfilled all assignments and its education and training quality was improved remarkably. The unit renovated its training programs and teaching methods, effectively applied information technology to training management.
Attentively, in the 2021-2022 academic year, all final-year cadets of the school graduated with flying colors. In addition, the academy paid due attention to fostering its contingent of education managers and instructors. Currently, more than 99.3 percent of its cadres hold bachelor and postgraduate degrees.
Concluding the event, Lt. Gen. Nguyen Doan Anh highly praised the academy for its attainments gained over the past time. He asked it to boost management over and training for its cadets in line with the motto “the school’s training quality is its combat readiness ability,” and the policy of “Real teaching, real learning, real examination, real practice, strict discipline.”
The deputy chief of the General Staff also urged the academy to continue to adjust and standardize training programs, renovate examination forms and methods, detect and handle negative signs in a timely manner to have right assessment of cadets’ academic results.

The school should pay attention to scientific research, improvement of cadres and instructors’ competence, intensive training for cadets so that they could bring into play what they have acquired at the school in their future units, Gen. Anh said.
He added that in the immediate term, the academy must closely and seriously implement the 2023 enrollment drive in accordance with regulations and with high quality.
