Meanwhile, at polling station No.27 in Hoan Kiem ward, Hanoi, officers, soldiers, and workers from some affiliates of the GDP participated in the election in a solemn and enthusiastic atmosphere. By 11 a.m., all voters at the polling station had completed their voting, contributing to the overall success of the election.
Across the country, armed forces in military regions, corps, and army corps actively organized voting activities in accordance with regulations. Party committees and commanders at all levels paid close attention to election preparations, ensuring that every step of the process, from voter list verification to polling station arrangement, was conducted carefully and democratically.
Notably, Coast Guard Regions 2 and 4 conducted voting both on land and at sea. Due to the nature of their missions, auxiliary ballot boxes were transported to ships operating offshore so that officers and soldiers could exercise their voting rights. The election was conducted safely and in compliance with regulations, even in remote maritime areas.
