Speaking at the event, Senior Colonel Tran Viet Nang, Head of the Military Youth Advisory Board, underscored that over the past years, agencies and units in the whole military have creatively and effectively carried out models and programs in response to the “Military youths and traffic culture” campaign, thereby making positive changes among Youth Union members and people’s awareness and actions of traffic safety and traffic culture, and reducing traffic accidents in the whole country in general and in the military in particular.

The organizing panel required agencies and units to continue to promote dissemination and education to raise troops’ awareness of the significance of the building of traffic culture, thereby forming a sense of self-consciousness in observing the law when participating in traffic.

Together with providing youths with key contents of the Traffic Safety Year 2024, Youth Union members should strictly observe the State’s law and regulations on traffic safety. Each officer, Youth Union member should be a responsible and active disseminator on traffic culture.
