DK1 platforms welcome New Year while maintaining high combat readiness

Despite difficulties, naval officers and soldiers stationed on the platforms always maintain unity and fulfill their assigned missions.

During these days, the officers and soldiers on the DK1 platforms are actively organizing sports and cultural activities to welcome the New Year 2026. While enjoying recreational activities to celebrate the New Year, all military personnel on the platforms remain in a high state of combat readiness.

Commanders of the platforms place strong emphasis on training, focusing on practical exercises to ensure proficiency in operating all equipped weapons. Training programs include night training and cross-training to meet the requirement of “being proficient in one’s own specialty while being capable of undertaking other positions and specialties,” ensuring readiness to undertake new missions if needed.
