Division 367, formerly known as Anti-Aircraft Artillery Regiment 367, was founded on April 1, 1953, in Boc Nhieu commune, Dinh Hoa district, Thai Nguyen province. During the Dien Bien Phu campaign in 1954, the division gained remarkable combat results and shot down 52 enemy’s aircraft. During the national resistance war against U.S. invaders, the unit joined thousands of battles, downing 687 U.S. aircraft.

In recognition of the unit’s achievements, the division, together with its affiliated collectives and individuals were honored with the Hero of the People’s Armed Forces title and many other noble rewards.

Addressing the ceremony, Senior Lieutenant General Le Huy Vinh congratulated and hailed the unit’s remarkable outcomes as well as development progress over the past 70 years.

He also requested the division to focus on building clean and firm a Party organization and a comprehensively strong unit. In addition, they should also renovate and raise training quality, master their newly-staffed weapons and equipment, while promoting night training and ensuring military discipline and regulations, among others.

On the occasion, Division 367 held an exhibition, featuring nearly 200 images and documents about its troops' task performance so far.
