Regarding the relocation and construction of the new Factory Z127, components of the project are being implemented in a synchronized manner on site, focusing on accelerating the construction of workshops and technical infrastructure to support the installation and operation of the high-quality aluminum production line.

For the infrastructure development project for the Thai Nguyen defense industrial zone, units have closely followed the plan and proactively applied new technologies to ensure project quality and on-time execution. The entire project is expected to be completed by August 15 this year.

At the construction site, Sr. Lt. Gen. Pham Hoai Nam was briefed by the General Department of Defense Industry on the project’s progress, the installation of production lines, quality assurance measures, labor safety, and proposed solutions to overcome challenges and obstacles during the implementation.

In his speech, Gen. Nam applauded the great efforts of the units in the project’s implementation, noting that the projects have been executed with good quality and on schedule, with some components completed four months ahead of plan.

The defense leader also required the units to promptly find solutions to overcome difficulties and obstacles, pro-actively coordinate with local authorities to effectively carry out site clearance and hand over the land for the project implementation.

In addition, he emphasized the need to take into account the feedback from functional agencies to supplement and adjust the project’s contents, meeting the standards and task requirements.
