PANO - Division 301, under Hanoi Capital High Command, held the 7th Congress of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Committee (term 2012-2017) on July 4th.

Speeches delivered at the Congress highlighted achievements in youth activities over the past five years. Affiliated youth union committee of the Division had many methods and activities to help youths further understand resolutions of the senior levels and training plans and encourage youths actively practice  combat readiness as well as techniques and tactics.

During the last term, youths in the Division had 70 initiatives and build 70 youth projects, with total investment of VND 100 million for training mission of the unit.

In addition, participants provided measures to promote good results recorded in the last term and overcome the unit’s shortcomings in next term as well as to popularize good models of the unit.
