CMC’s Inspection Committee convenes 20th meeting
PANO – On October 18, the Inspection Committee of the Central Military Commission (CMC) in the 2020-2025 period convened its 20th meeting with under the chair of Senior Lieutenant General Trinh Van Quyet, Chief of the General Department of Political Affairs of the Vietnam People’s Army.
At the meeting, delegates reviewed, analyzed, and discussed recent violations of 12 individuals with violations of Party’s regulations and military discipline. Then they cast votes to discipline these individuals.

Addressing the event, General Quyet spoke highly of the comments at the hearing of the violations, and urged the Standing Board of the CMC’s Inspection Committee to collect these comments and soon complete a report to submit to the Standing Board of the CMC.
He urged the Standing Board of the CMC’s Inspection Committee to pro-actively give advice to the CMC’s Standing Board and the CMC’s Inspection Committee to direct the inspection, supervision, and disciplinary actions.
At the same time, the general requested the CMC’s Inspection Committee to actively and thoroughly grasp situational developments, detect and inspect Party members and Party cells with signs of violations; and promptly direct and instruct Party cells and inspection committees at all levels to seriously conduct the inspection and supervision work.
