In addition, the school should focus on renewing its training content and curricula toward greater standardization and modernization. He emphasized the need for the school to take a pro-active lead in adjusting teaching materials and training programs to promptly meet the requirements of the integration of logistics and technical support functions as well as the implementation of the two-tier local government model.
The school was also tasked with strengthening its scientific and technological capabilities and enhancing the quality of strategic advisory work in logistics and military finance.
The defense leader called for breakthroughs in building a “smart academy” through the extensive application of information technology, simulation technology, artificial intelligence, and others.

In his remarks, General Nam affirmed that over the course of 60 years of construction, combat, and development, Factory Z131 has consistently upheld its tradition of solidarity, self-reliance, and resilience, accomplishing its mission of producing and supplying weapons, military equipment, ammunition, and dual-use, high-tech defense products. Its contribution has played an important role in the cause of national construction and defense.

In recognition of its outstanding achievements, the Party and the State have awarded Factory Z131 many prestigious awards, including the titles of Hero of the People’s Armed Forces and Hero of Labor. On the occasion of its 60th foundation anniversary, the factory has once again been honored with the title of Hero of the People’s Armed Forces.
Emphasizing the requirements of military modernization in the new era, General Nam called on the factory to take the lead in scientific and technological development, innovation, and digital transformation; pro-actively mobilize and effectively utilize available resources, accelerate the application of advanced and modern technologies, and focus on researching and manufacturing modern, high-tech defense products, among others.
