In this stage, each country has an area of 36sq.m called the “House of Friendship” to showcase its cultural exhibits. The judges will give points on the basis of 10 criteria, including theme, space, design, multimedia, publications, exhibits, description, supporting devices, gifts for visitors and presenters.

This year’s event has drawn the participation of teams from 19 countries and territories. However, only 13 teams, which have taken part in all four stages of the “Army of Culture” contest, can compete for the winning titles based on their scores in each criteria of the “Exhibition Activities.”

According to Colonel Dinh Xuan Hoa, Deputy Director of the Vietnam Military History Museum, Vietnam’s “Army of Culture” contingent has introduced nearly 400 images and displays reflecting the development of the Vietnam People’s Army and the cultural identities of the Vietnamese people inside the space of the “House of Friendship.”

The Vietnamese “House of Friendship” consists of three sections, namely the imprints of Vietnam's defense, Vietnamese cultural identities, and application of technological solutions and interactive experiences.

The first section focuses on reflecting the resounding milestones of the Vietnam People’s Army in the national resistance wars against foreign invaders, the growth of the Vietnamese military in the current context, and Vietnam’s participation in U.N. peacekeeping operations.

The second section highlights Vietnam’s cultural and historical relic sites that were recognized as UNESCO cultural heritage elements such as Thang Long Imperial Citadel, Hue Ancient Citadel Complex, traditional festivals, handicrafts, and more.
