Lao troops practice intensively for the success of the upcoming grand parade at Ba Dinh Square.

The Lao troops were under a more than two month-long training in Laos. Now in Vietnam, practicing side-by-side with Vietnamese peers, they felt truly excited. They are determined to fulfill this mission assigned by the Party, State and military of Laos.

Alongside the Lao delegation, the presence of the RCAF contingent at this year’s celebration carries deep meaning, demonstrating Vietnam’s respect for the special combat solidarity and loyal combat alliance among the three Indochinese countries during their common struggles for independence and nation-building.

Russian troops arrive in Vietnam, staying ready for the upcoming grand parade.

The invitation extended by Vietnam’s Ministry of National Defense to traditional friends to participate in the National Day celebration and the inclusion of their troops in the parade highlights the friendship, solidarity, and close bonds between the Vietnamese people and military with their international friends. At the same time, it reaffirms Vietnam’s consistent foreign policy of independence, self-reliance, diversification, and multilateralization of external relations; being a friend and reliable partner of all nations, and a responsible member of the international community.
