Vietnam Coast Guard reviews recent joint exercise with Japan
PANO – The Vietnam Coast Guard Command on February 27 held a meeting to review its reception for and joint drill with SETTSU, a patrol vessel of the Japan Coast Guard (JCG).

A report underlined that during the JCG ship’s visit to Da Nang city, the Vietnam Coast Guard Command and Party Committee closely directed the Coast Guard Region 2 Command to work with relevant units to receive the guests.
At the same time, the two sides successfully completed a joint exercise at sea with absolute safety.
On this occasion, the Vietnam Coast Guard Command and the Coast Guard Region 2 Command presented merit certificates to outstanding individuals and collectives for their efforts and achievements in welcoming the SETTSU visit to Vietnam.
