During the visit from September 24 to 27, the ships’ commanding staff will pay courtesy calls on the leaderships of the Naval Region 4 Command and the Naval Academy under the Vietnam People's Navy. The ship’s officers and crew-members will participate in sports and cultural exchanges, as well as a young officer exchange program with Vietnamese naval officers and soldiers. They will also tour some of Khanh Hoa's tourist attractions.

The visit of the Royal Malaysian Navy's ships aims to enhance cooperation, mutual understanding and trust between the militaries and navies of Vietnam and Malaysia.
