Refresher course for Lao military art troupe concludes

Lao trainees receive certificate.

During the three-month course, 30 officials, artists, and staff of the Military Art Troupe of the Lao People’s Army were equipped with the skills of performing, choreographing, and capturing and editing videos, as well as stage lighting techniques.

Speaking at the closing ceremony, Senior Colonel Nguyen Xuan Thuy, Director of the Military Culture and Arts University, assessed the training course as a success for accomplishing the set goals and completing the programs. He also expressed his appreciation for the sense of responsibility of the instructors and trainees.

An art performance at the event

He hoped that the Lao trainees will creatively apply the knowledge and skills acquired from the course to their task implementation, contributing to serving the Lao People’s Army and strengthening Vietnam-Laos relations in culture and arts.
