The art performance tour in the Southeastern provinces of Vietnam held profound political significance. It not only helped Vietnamese people, officers, and soldiers of the Vietnam People’s Army to better understand the country, culture, and people of Cambodia, but also served as an opportunity for cultural exchange, enhancing mutual understanding, and further strengthening the closer ties between the militaries and peoples of the two nations.
