Naval Region 3’s ships head out to sea for duties during lunar New Year 2025
PANO - A delegation of the Naval Region 3 Command, led by its Second-in-Command Senior Captain Pham Quang Binh, visited, encouraged, and extended New Year greetings to crew-members of ships, which will head out to the sea to conduct duties during the upcoming lunar New Year 2025.
The delegation checked ships’ preparations, including personnel, facilities, weapons and technical equipment, and extended New Year wishes to the officers and soldiers on duty at sea during this time.

Sr. Capt. Vinh expressed understanding of the challenges and hardships faced by the officers and soldiers, who must perform their duties in rough seas and far from home during the lunar New Year holiday. He showed confidence that with the care of the leaderships at all levels, along with crew-members’ experience, determination, and solidarity, the crews would overcome all difficulties and successfully complete their missions, contributing to protecting peace for the country.

The commanding officers of on-duty ships also reported on their preparation for the mission. They also sent their New Year greetings to the leadership of the Naval Region 3 Command, the commanding officers at all levels, and their families. They promised to maintain high vigilance and combat readiness, closely follow the situation, and be prepared for all circumstances.
On the occasion, the working delegation hands over New Year gifts from the Naval Region 3 Command, units’ commanding officers, and “Youths for national sea and islands” club to on-duty crew-members.
