Viettel’s Stars is an annual program recognizing individuals and collectives that consistently push beyond their limits and create meaningful value in support of Viettel’s mission of “innovation for people.” |
In addition to the traditional awards, each individual honoree will receive an overseas study mission or a specialized domestic training program to further develop their professional capabilities.
Addressing the ceremony, Chairman and General Director of Viettel Group Lieutenant General Tao Duc Thang emphasized that “If everyone chooses safety, who will take on the most demanding tasks and go to the most difficult places? Viettel’s success today is built by people who dare to accept challenges and persevere through seemingly impossible missions.”
He emphasized that the award is “not a destination, but the beginning of greater responsibilities,” encouraging recipients to continue innovating, fulfilling their commitments, and inspiring colleagues.
