With six gold, three silver, and nine bronze prizes, Vietel became the Vietnamese business winning the most awards at IBA 2023 in its eighth participation in the award. Viettel’s achievements outperformed some famous businesses, such as Telkom Indonesia with 17 awards, IBM with 11 awards, and DHL with nine awards.

Mosan, an e-wallet application developed by Telemor (Viettel's brand in Timor-Leste), won two gold prizes in the financial solution of the year and financial services application of the year categories. Since June, Timor-Leste has paid subsidies to people via Mosan e-wallet, and it is estimated that about two million poor women and children have benefited from this project.
In the field of education, Viettel Solutions’ national high school graduation exam system bagged a gold. This is the first and only system officially applied by the Ministry of Education and Training to save time and money and ensure transparency. Currently, the system has been used by all examination councils in 63 provinces and cities and has benefited around 81 million students across the country.
In AI, Viettel had three products named, which are Cyberbot, a platform to help businesses automate customer care, Viettel Machine Learning Platform, and Viettel Data Mining Platform.
Two products, namely ViettelPost app. and MyID, were respectively honored with silver and bronze prizes in creative mobile application category.
This year, Viettel's products and services competed with 3,700 applications from 61 countries and territories. The evaluation process lasted from June to July 2023, based on the average scores of more than 230 CEOs worldwide. The award ceremony will take place in Italy on October 13.
Viettel was the first Vietnamese business to participate in IBA and the most successful one with a total of 85 prizes. Its products have gradually received high appreciation and active response from most prestigious CEO in the world.
