Over the past 60 years of development, Factory Z115 has produced and repaired millions of weapons and products in support of training and combat missions, meeting the demands of combat readiness and national defense tasks. Its defense production has been continuously improved in terms of quality, safety, and timeliness.

With its outstanding achievements, Factory Z115 has been twice honored with the title "Hero of the People's Armed Forces" and has received numerous prestigious awards from the Party, the State, and the Ministry of National Defense.

Speaking at the ceremony on behalf of the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense, Lieutenant General Nguyen Hong Thai congratulated the factory on its accomplishments over the past six decades.

He requested that, in the coming time, Factory Z115 strictly implement and effectively carry out the policies and directives of the Party, the State, the Central Military Commission, and the Ministry of National Defense on defense industry development and the integration of national defense and economic activities. He also urged the factory to organize efficient and lawful production and business operations; proactively review and adjust its development strategies to meet both short- and long-term demands; build a strong corporate culture, uphold its reputation and brand, and earn public trust; enhance international cooperation and expand markets; foster innovation, research, and mastery of science and technology; and effectively implement programs and projects on technology transfer, production, and the manufacture of weapons and defense equipment to meet the modernization requirements of the military and the national economy.
